SiteBento Managed Website Services provide our customers with the website services account, extensive upgrade testing, backups (both file system and database), component compatibility, and Joomla core updates.  One of the foundations of SiteBento's custom Joomla Core is a Remote Procedure Call (via HTTP and XML) web service system.  We are able to integrate our security, service, and management applications using this layer to monitor and manage your websites.

• We try to create continuity in and not to disrupt functional & useful elements of the website. 
• We take a look at existing plugins, modules, & components installed and see how we can implement the same functionality after upgrdes.
• Top usage pages receive special attention – where possible, we look at keeping the URL’s of the top usage pages the same in Joomla 1.5.
• We go for the best implementation by giving suggestions and ideas for plugins, modules, components, & extensions that may be better fit than what you had in mind should any of them be affected by a security, maintenance, or feature release of Joomla.
• We are experienced and have the necessary tools to get the job done right.  With features like cache management, on demand backups, reporting, and remote procedure call we can do each upgrade effectively and efficiently.
